45,000 Palestinian worshipers at Al-Aqsa mosque

Thousands of Palestinians performed the Tarawih prayer this Tuesday in the Al-Aqsa mosque, despite the restrictions of the Israeli occupation.

The Jerusalem Islamic Waqf Department said that approximately 45,000 citizens performed the Al Isha and Tarawih prayers inside the Al-Aqsa Mosque, despite Israeli occupation measures.

Witnesses reported that occupying forces stopped several young men from entering to pray in the Al-Aqsa Mosque, coinciding with the tightening of procedures in and around Al-Aqsa for the fifth consecutive month.
