84 thousand newly displaced people in G-a-z-a and Rafah

Of the approximately 84,000 newly displaced individuals, the United Nations Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) estimates that approximately 10,600 have found shelter in 27 locations, including UN agency schools, where temporary health points are available and increasingly called upon to meet demand, according to the UN in its latest report.

Others are being housed in public schools, buildings, and open spaces, UNRWA spokesperson Louise Wateridge told UN News.
