Abbas to visit Moscow for talks with Putin

Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas will soon visit Moscow and hold talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Deputy Minister of Russian Foreign Affairs and Special Representative of the President of Russia for the Middle East Mikhail Bogdanov announced on Thursday, speaking at the Imperial Orthodox Palestinian Society Conference.

Palestinian Ambassador to Russia Abdel Hafiz Nofal said yesterday that there is also a possibility that negotiations on the Palestinian-Israeli settlement could be held in Moscow.
