The Prosecutor’s office at the Tunis Court of First Instance, Wednesday, issued committal orders against 15 Sub-Saharan migrants for their implication in acts of violence carried out, last Tuesday, outside the headquarters of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Tunis.
A large number of sub-Saharan migrants assaulted pedestrians with stones and sharp tools. They also vandalized cars parked near the UNHCR in Lake 1, in Tunis.
Several pedestrians and security forces, who suffered serious injuries, were rushed to hospitals to be administered first aid.
