AFCON 2024 (draw): Tunisia in group E, with Namibia, South Africa and Mali

The draw for the 34th Ivorian edition of the African Football Cup of Nations, from January 13 to February 11, 2024, occurred this Thursday evening at the Parc des Expositions in Abidjan, at the ending of which the Eagles of Carthage, with a record 21 appearances and for the 16th consecutive time in a final phase, inherited an unbalanced group according to fans and connoisseurs of African football), along with the teams from Namibia, South Africa, Mali.

John Obi Mikel, Didier Drogba, Achraf Hakimi and Sadio Mané carried out this draw, the 24 selections that qualified for the final phase were distributed as follows:
Group A: Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Equatorial Guinea, Guinea-Bissau;
Group B: Egypt, Ghana, Cape Verde, Mozambique;
Group C: Senegal, Cameroon, Guinea, Gambia;
Group D: Algeria, Burkina Faso, Mauritania, Angola;
Group E: Tunisia, Mali, South Africa, Namibia;
Group F: Morocco, DR Congo, Zambia, Tanzania.
