African play-offs: Cameroon crushes Algeria’s dream to qualify

Cameron defeated Algeria 2-1  in the African play-offs for the world cup qualifier

While taken aback by Cameroon and a goal from Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting (22nd), Algeria could not balance until the 118th minute thanks to Ahmed Touba before Toko-Ekambi ( 120+4) eradicates all Algerian chances to travel to Qatar. The whole crazy scenario, under the annoying eye of thousands of Algerian supporters and particularly Djamel Belmadi, was inconsolable at the final whistle Note that in the 105th minute, Algeria thought they equalized thanks to a goal from Islam Slimani, but the referee of the match cancelled the goal for a handball from the Algerian striker, after consulting the VAR.
