Al-Jurishi: Iran’s Strong Response to Israel Could Spark Regional War Involving Multiple Parties

Speaking with Tunisie Numérique, political analyst, Salah Al -Din Al -Joroush, stressed that the Iranian response to Israel yesterday evening is considered strong and this response stunned the Israelis, particularly Netanyahu and the extremist team that leads the military and political process for Israel.

Al-Jurishi stated that Iran’s response was not entirely a voluntary choice by its leadership but rather a necessity, driven by Israel’s continued and dangerous expansion efforts, especially in the assassination of Hezbollah’s Secretary-General and its high-ranking leaders. He underlined that Iran could no longer remain silent, as doing so might undermine its value and credibility among its supporters.

On the results of these strikes and their repercussions on the region, the speaker stated that it is certain that there will be severe results on the regional level because the Israeli leadership will not stay silent and is now in the process of examining how to respond with the American side, something thing that Iran will not accept in return and will produce successive strikes until the scene changes.

As for the Lebanese side, the Zionist entity is still adhering to the necessity of raiding Lebanon from the south, and attempting to establish a buffer zone between the two countries, which will not be easy and the Hezbollah group will continue to resist this.

As for the outbreak of a regional war in the region, the speaker did not deny the possibility of this, but he considered that it would be limited to the current parties, which are Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Iran and Israel, but it is very unlikely to enter other countries such as Jordan, Egypt and the Gulf states.
