Algeria has 42 Tunisian investment projects

During the opening on October 3 in Algiers of the work of the Algerian-Tunisian Economic Business Forum, the Algerian Prime Minister stated that “Algeria has 42 Tunisian investment projects, direct and via partnership, including 38 finished in the sectors of agriculture, construction, industry and services with a value of around 14 billion DA”.

Prime Minister, Ahmed Hachani was accompanied during his visit to Algeria by a large delegation of Tunisian employers chaired by Samir Majoul, president of Utica.

Samir suggested, on this occasion, the organization of an annual Tunisian-Algerian business forum which is held alternately in the two countries to examine common strategies in terms of investment and employment. “Economic integration between the two countries is not a choice,” stressed the president of UTICA.
