Arab Cup: Qatar first qualified for second round

Qatar obtained their qualification for the second round of the FIFA Arab Cup after having struggled to beat an eye-catching Omani selection (2-1).
A penalty from Akram Afif put the Qatari to open the scoring in the 31st minute however Khaled El Hajri equalized Oman with a quarter of an hour to go.
Fahmi Durbin then allowed the host nation to recover the final advantage, scoring its own side in the 8th minute of added time.
