Around 2 Million Pilgrims Ascend Arafat to perform greatest pillar of Hajj

In an atmosphere of serenity and organization, the pilgrims finished ascending to Mountain Arafa to perform the greatest pillar of Hajj.

The pilgrims continue to stay at Mount Arafa from the morning until sundown on Saturday serenity and calmness, they pray to Allah to accept their deeds and to make their Hajj dedicated to Allah.

On this day,

Allah boasts to the inhabitants of the Heavens (i.e. the angels) about the people of ‘Arafah, saying: look at My servants. They have come from far and near, with hair disheveled and faces covered with dust, to seek My mercy…

” The Messenger of Allah said: “An accepted Blessed Hajj has no reward except Paradise.”

After the sundown of Arafa day, the pilgrims will descend to Muzdalifah halfway between Arafat and Mina, and later go back to Mina to take part in the symbolic stoning of the devil.
