At least 32 casualties in North Sea ship collision

At least 32 people were brought to the British shore on Monday after the collision between the Stena Immaculate oil tanker and the Solong shipping vessel, although their condition is currently unclear. The BBC reported that the Stena Immaculate’s crew is safe and accounted for.

The collision happened earlier today in the North Sea, near the port city of Hull in England. British Transport Secretary Heidi Alexander said she is liaising with officials and the coastguard as the situation develops.
