Ayatollah Khamenei denies Iranian involvement in Hamas attack in Israel

Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, Iran’s highest authority, has formally refuted his country’s involvement in the recent Hamas attack on Israel.

Ayatollah made the remarks during a speech to a military academy, emphasising that the allegations on the matter were baseless. Nevertheless, he reaffirmed Iranian support for the Palestinian cause.

The statement comes amid allegations of possible Iranian support for Hamas’ spectacular attack on Israel.
