BAL 2022 – Sahara Conference: US Monastir 2nd qualified for the play-offs

The US Monastirienne is the 2nd qualified team among the 4 teams that acquired their tickets for the final stage after 10 days of competition, at the Arena Dakar.
This edition was overpowered by Rwanda Energy Group and USMO, with 9 points on the clock, at the top of the Sahara Conference standings while AS Salé of Morocco ended third, with 8 points and finally, Seydou Legacy Athlétique Guinea Club is 4th with 7 points.
We will discover these 4 teams in the final phase of the second edition of the BAL, which will take place from May 21 to 28, 2022 at Kigali Arena. We have to wait for the 4 other qualifiers of the Nile Conference, which will take place at Hassan Mostafa Indoor Sports Complex in Cairo, from April 9 to 19 with the participation of the following 6 teams: defending champion Zamalek of Egypt, BC Espoirs Fukash from DR Congo, Cape Town Tigers from South Africa, Cobra Sport from South Sudan, Armed Forces and Police Basketball from Cameroon and Petro de Luanda from Angola.
