Beirut explosion: 43 Syrians among those killed in port blast

Forty-three Syrians were among those who were killed in the fatal Beirut blast on August 4 that left at least 158 people dead, the Syrian embassy in Lebanon announced on Saturday.

The blast devastated entire buildings and smashed windows, leaving approximately 300,000 people in Beirut homeless.
