Lebanese government rocked by series of resignation after deadly blast

Lebanon’s government has been plagued by several resignations , a move which is expected to increase following the deadly blast that killed 158 and injured more than 6000.

Foreign minister, Nassif Hitti, submitted his resignation before the deadly blasts, and shortly after the explosions, Lebanon’s ambassador to Jordan resigned along with several MPs.

Information Minister Manal Abdel Samad and Environment Minister Demianos Kattar resigned and more are expected during the week.
