Moez Thabet, the director responsible for issuing passports at the General Directorate of Border Police, spoke on national radio regarding the measures taken by the competent authorities to ease the issuance of passports.
He reported that an equipped mobile vehicle has made it possible to deliver more than 2,800 passports, including 1,712 in Sousse and 1,141 in Sfax, since the start of June.
According to him, the border police team travels to many areas to support the efforts of the units in issuing the required documents for the benefit of Tunisians, including those residing abroad.
Remember that Tunisians living abroad can obtain their passport instantly at the general directorate of the border police, thanks to the opening of a special dedicated office.
