CAN 2022: Tunisia disappoints and bows against Mali

Tunisia lost (0-1) to Mali in their first group match of CAN 2022.

 

Ibrahima Koné, from the penalty spot, scored the sole goal of the game in the 47th minute. Tunisia had the chance to equalize in the 77th minute but Wahbi Khazri missed the penalty awarded to him.

 

The Eagles of Carthage must imperatively win against Mauritania, this Sunday, to revive in this group F.
