The Chinese embassy in Tunis reported that the Tunisian tourism office has sent them the decision to exempt Chinese tourists from visas to enter the country. All tourists, people or groups, coming from China or elsewhere are exempt.

Chinese tourists have been visa-exempt since 2017, but this privilege was suspended following the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic.
