Detention warrant issued against Ennahdha President Rached Ghannouchi in Instalingo case

The Investigating Judge at the Court of First instance of Sousse 2, Tuesday, issued a detention warrant against President of Ennahdha movement  Rached Ghannouchi in the Instalingo case.

Ghannouchi refused to leave Al Mornaguia prison to be heard by the investigating judge.

 Ghannouchi was heard in the same case, last November, and then was released.
