Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte announced on Tuesday the Netherlands will enter a new partial lockdown starting tomorrow as the country grapples with a rapid surge in coronavirus infections.
The new round of measures designed to stop the spread of COVID-19 includes limiting the size of social gatherings and a ban on the sale of alcohol in the evening.
