Enhancing Tunisian-Egyptian Cooperation in Industrial Sector: Focus of the Meeting Between Minister of Industry and Egyptian Ambassador in Tunisia

The Minister of Industry, Mines, and Energy, Fatma Thabet Chaiboub, received the Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to Tunisia, Bassem Yehia Hassan, on Monday, December 23, at the Ministry’s headquarters. The meeting was also attended by the Chief of Staff, Afaf Chachi Tayari.

According to the statement issued by the Ministry, the meeting was a chance to reaffirm the strong relations between Tunisia and Egypt and underscore the commitment to advancing these relations to serve the shared interests of both countries.

The talk included several proposals aimed at expanding bilateral cooperation in the industrial sector. Both parties emphasized the importance of intensifying mutual visits to facilitate the exchange of technical expertise and explore investment opportunities in both nations.
