Evacuation efforts in Kabul result in 7 deaths

At least seven people have died in Afghanistan during the evacuations from the Kabul airport, The Associated Press reported on Monday, citing anonymous United States military officials.

A previous report, by The Wall Street Journal, accounted for five fatalities, including three people who fell while clinging onto an American airplane as the aircraft took off. Two have been gunned down by the US troops, the outlet said.
