Explosion at Lugansk, pipeline burning

A massive explosion took place in Lugansk, the capital and largest city of the self-proclaimed People’s Republic of Lugansk, TASS News Agency reported on Friday.

The explosion reportedly damaged a section of the Druzhba pipeline causing it to catch fire, as demonstrated by a short video.

The incident is the second one to occur today in eastern Ukraine’s Donbas area after a strong blast was reported in the vicinity of the Donetsk People’s Republic government building earlier in the day.
