First Time in Tunisia and North Africa: Manel Bargaoui Teaches English through sign language to deaf Tunisians

For the First Time in Tunisia and North Africa, an inspiring young Tunisian teacher called Manel Bargaoui has initiated a project to teach English through sign language to deaf Tunisians.She has created the first English teaching book that utilises sign language – entitled “Let’s handspeak English”.

She further developed a mobile application called “LET’S” to allow the deaf and the hearing to learn English efficiently, LET’S is an acronym for “Learning English Through Signs”.
