Four Gaza hospitals surrounded by Israeli tanks

Four hospitals within the Gaza Strip, including the only medical center in Gaza dedicated to providing cancer treatment for children, are currently surrounded by the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) tanks, the  Ministry of Health in Gaza reported on Friday.

The medical institutions are named al-Rantisi Hospital, al-Nasr Hospital, Government Eyes Hospital and the Mental Health Hospital. Moreover, the ministry said there are thousands of patients, medical personnel, and displaced individuals who are trapped inside these hospitals without access to water or food. The most recent reports from the ministry indicate that 18 out of 35 hospitals are either out of service due to a lack of fuel or have been destroyed as a result of infrastructure damage.
