France adds record 91,608 COVID infections

France has seen 91,608 new coronavirus infections during the last 24 hours, marking the sharpest everyday increase since the pandemic began, data showcased on the French health ministry’s website revealed on Thursday.

During the same time, there were 179 deaths attributed to the virus, the data showed.
