France: Not right moment to recognize Palestinian state

French Foreign Minister Stephane Sejourne told AFP on Wednesday that the time is not right for Paris to recognize the State of Palestine.

“Our position is clear – the recognition of a Palestinian state is not a taboo for France,” Sejourne insisted. “This decision must be useful, that is to say allow a decisive step forward on the political level.”
