The Grand Mosque of Paris has announced that the amount of Zakat al-Fitr for this year, 1446H-2025, is seven euros per dependent, while the minimum Fidyah is fixed at five (5) euros per day of missed fasting.
Zakat al-Fitr is given to those in need beginning from the first day of Ramadan (according to the Hanafi school) or from the 26th day of Ramadan (according to the Maliki school). In all cases, it must be paid before the Eid al-Fitr prayer.
