French PM says local lockdowns over virus possible

French Prime Minister Jean Castex announced on Monday the country might observe some local lockdowns in order to halt the spread of COVID-19.

When asked about possible local lockdowns, Castex told France Info during an interview that “nothing must be excluded,” while underlining the second wave of the coronavirus in France has been “strong.”
