Gafsa: Arrest of three drug dealers

As part of the reduction in the phenomena of widespread robbery and violence in Metlaoui, and the combat against the phenomenon of drug trafficking, officers of the Metlaoui Judicial Police Brigade, with the participation of the district rescue brigade of the Gafsa police were able to identify the drug dealers among the young individuals of Oum Al-Arais, apprehend them in a short time and find them in their possession 12 pieces of marijuana, 5 blades, a roll of aluminum foil, a knife, an electronic scale and 2 mobile phones, all seized for the investigation.

The same units were also able to arrest a drug trafficker with a criminal record for thievery and drug trafficking, and who was the subject of 12 search warrants for “burglary, rape, theft, violent assault, violence and violation of morals. » After examination, the public prosecutor authorized their arrest for “consumption and promotion of a narcotic substance listed in Table B”, and took the necessary legal measures against them.
