Gaza: IDF fired again on the crowd waiting for help, dozens more dead

By:

Nothing stops the Israeli army and its bloodthirsty boss, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Impunity is full. According to Hamas, the Tsahal did it again on the night of Thursday, March 14 to Friday March 15 in the Gaza Strip by shooting at civilians who were waiting for humanitarian assistance. And it’s still massacre: 20 dead…

According to the Palestinian group, the victims were waiting for humanitarian aid at a roundabout north of Gaza City when they were struck by “Israeli fire”. “Israeli occupying forces targeted a crowd of citizens awaiting humanitarian aid. The toll of victims moved to al-Chifa hospital was adjusted upwards to 20 dead and 155 injured,” the Hamas statement said. The Israeli army, as usual, denies having opened fire on the crowd and points to “erroneous data”.

According to Doctor Mohammed Ghurab, director of emergency services at al-Chifa Hospital, the largest in northern Gaza, shots were heard on the night of Thursday, March 14 and were aimed at aid distribution eating. “There was direct fire from the occupying forces on people who were assembling at the roundabout to wait for trucks with food to arrive,” confided the physician…

Reporters who were at the scene said they saw numerous ambulances moving with bodies and gunshot injuries. The first review of this umpteenth tragedy put 14 dead but it was corrected by Hamas, we are now talking around 20 dead and 155 injured.

“Press reports that Israeli forces attacked dozens of Gazans at an aid distribution point are erroneous,” said a terse statement from the Israeli army. But the text adds that the authorities are “seriously analyzing the incident” the accusations against the IDF. We won’t know more.

Recall that on February 29, around a hundred people died in the Gaza Strip while waiting for a humanitarian convoy. The latest Hamas toll was 112 civilians killed and 760 injured by gunfire. The IDF confessed to having fired, arguing that its soldiers felt “threatened”. Israel will never pay for these blood crimes, like those of yesterday and all the others…
