Global coronavirus death toll crosses 120,000 mark

The global death toll from the new coronavirus passed the 120,000 marks on Tuesday, according to Johns Hopkins University.

The global number of deaths stood at  120,449, while the cumulative number of people who recovered surpass 461,500.

There are also over 1.9 million confirmed cases worldwide with over 582,000 cases reported so far in the U.S., making it the country with the most cases.
