Greenland’s Prime Minister Jens-Frederik Nielsen (pictured) rejected United States President Donald Trump’s claim that the US will take control of the island.
“The United States will not get it. We do not belong to anyone else. We decide our future,” Nielsen stated on Sunday.
His response came after Trump told NBC News that military action remained an option for acquiring Greenland and that nothing was “off the table.”
