Hamas frees two more hostages

The Palestinian movement Hamas revealed the liberation of two women who were kidnapped during its attack on Israeli territory on October 7. These hostages were held in the Gaza Strip, under Hamas control. According to the spokesperson for Hamas’ military wing, Abou Obeida, this release took place “for pressing humanitarian reasons” thanks to the mediation of Qatar and Egypt.
