ICJ to rule on S. Africa’s plea against Israel on May 24

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) announced on Thursday that it will provide its decision regarding South Africa’s plea for additional interim actions against Israel’s operations in the Gaza Strip, including Rafah, on Friday, May 24.

“Tomorrow at 3 pm the ICJ will deliver its Order on the request for the modification and the indication of provisional measures submitted by South Africa on 10 May 2024 in the case South Africa vs Israel,” the ICJ posted on X.
