Iran-19 killed as bus plunges into ravine

At least 19 people were killed and 24 others wounded as a passenger bus dived into a ravine in the north of Iran on Thursday, official IRNA news agency announced.
The accident occurred on Firouz Kooh mountaineer road in Mazandaran province on early Thursday.
The wounded were carried to the emergency medical services by the rescue operators, but some of them are in severe condition, according to the report. Technical malfunction of the bus was the cause of the accident, IRNA said.
