ISIE reveals participation rate in the 2nd round of local elections until 4 p.m.

On the sidelines of a press conference this Sunday, Farouk Bouasker, president of the Independent High Authority for Elections (ISIE), announced that the participation rate in the second round of local elections is 10.27% up to at 16.

He confirmed that 429,478 voters participated in the vote, 50% aged between 36 and 60 years old.

Bouasker added that he anticipates an increase in the participation rate by 6 p.m. when the centers and polling stations close.
