Israeli Occupation imposes strict military measures in vicinity of Al-Aqsa Mosque

For the 11th consecutive Friday, the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) strengthened military measures around the Al-Aqsa Mosque, stopping several Palestinians from accessing it for Friday prayers. The IOF tightened measures around the Old City of Jerusalem, scrutinizing the identities of Jerusalemites and restricting access for those from outside the Old City. Barricades were set up, and large forces were deployed to prevent worshipers from reaching the Al-Aqsa Mosque. In the Wadi al-Joz neighbourhood of occupied Jerusalem, the forces used gas bombs to suppress worshipers.
