New York state Judge Arthur Engoron ordered former United States President Donald Trump to pay $364 million in damages as part of his ruling in Trump’s civil business fraud trial, NBC News reported on Friday.
In addition, the former president has been banned “from serving as an officer or director of any New York corporation or other legal entity in New York for three years.” Namely, Trump’s sons Donald Jr. and Eric were also found liable for numerous fraud charges and were instructed to pay $4 million each. The judge did not however revoke the business certificates for the Trump Organization.
