Landslide in China buries at least 44 people

A landslide that struck China’s Yunnan province on Monday buried at least 44 people according to Yunnan Emergency Command Center’s preliminary reports.

The centre added that the Fire and Rescue Administration dispatched nine brigades, 28 vehicles and 147 people to the scene.

The full damage is still being evaluated.
