Lebanon-Saad Hariri set to be Lebanese PM again but with conditions

Saad al-Hariri is willing to return as prime minister of a new government, a senior official familiar with his thinking related, on the specific condition, it comprises technocrats and be able of promptly executing reforms needed to stave off economic collapse, reports news organization Reuters.
