The Libyan government announced that it had reached a ceasefire agreement have been reached in Tripoli after clashes between two factions left 27 people dead and dozens injured.
A GNU spokesman noted that a ceasefire had been agreed upon in Tripoli. GNU PM Dabaiba arrived in the area of clashes in the Libyan capital, Tripoli, following previous statements he made, on Tuesday, in which he called on the designated Minister of Interior and Chief of the General Staff of the Army to intervene to put an end into the clashes and impose security in the capital.
