Libya: Mankouch – Cohen meeting: Dabaïba admits his responsibility

GNU PM Abdelhamid Dabaïba, who chaired the ministerial council on Thursday, confirmed that the government of national unity remains completely responsible for the Libyan people in their security, sovereignty, identity and values.

He added, in the context of the scandal generated by the meeting last week of his Minister for Foreign Affairs, Najla Mankouch, in Rome, with his Israeli counterpart, Elie Cohen, that he is proud of the standing of the Libyans who have assured to carry the Palestinian cause in their hearts, and that he assumes as head of government the responsibility for such problems, regardless of who is at fault.
