The CS Chebba steering committee has revealed that it has obtained correspondence from the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) concerning legal costs in the FB publications file for the past year.
The same office indicated that all these costs will have to be covered by the FTF, which will have a time of one month to transfer them to the Sahelian Club account.
In another connection, the club stated it has initiated proceedings to claim damages following the season in which it was denied of competition by the FTF.
