In a special interview to “Tunisie Numérique” member of the Shura council, Hatem Boulabia stated the reason that impelled him to choose Ennahdha was his conservative nature. Boulabia considered Ennahdha among the significant political parties that will safe Tunisia.
Boulabia pointed out that there are three major currents right now, the left-wing, Islamic, Populism and constitutionalism. The latter considered Ennahdha to be the nearest party that embodies his beliefs.
Boulabia views conservatism as a moral commitment to values, therefore he believes the conservative party will be the one to lead the change.
