French President Emmanuel Macron kept his distance from Russian President Vladimir Putin during their meeting in Moscow after declining to take a COVID-19 test, the Kremlin said on Friday.
Macron was thus advised to stay at a safe distance from Putin, due to health and safety regulations. The two presidents sat on the opposite sides of the long table during the bilateral meeting of the two leaders, complying with the COVID-19 measures.
