Mauritania made 6 changes! Is it regulatory?

The Mauritanian technical staff made 6 changes during today match ,we would like to point out that these 6 changes are regulatory, given the nature of the wound to its goalkeeper (brain).
 As a reminder, here are the compositions and changes of the two teams in detail:
