Monoprix Tunisie revolutionizes customer experience with its new mobile application

Monoprix Tunisie has just launched its new mobile application, presenting an optimized user experience and an improved consumer journey.

This new application strengthens Monoprix Tunisie’s strategy of putting the consumer at the centre of its concerns, by adopting an omnichannel approach.

This is manifested in Monoprix Tunisie’s ambition to be accessible ‘Anywhere, anytime, any device’, to get as close as possible to its customers, especially mobile users.

Monoprix customers profit from a truly immersive experience: in addition to the classic services available in previous application versions. They can now shop online with the feeling of being in their Monoprix store with a wide and varied choice. Promotions are likewise available and emphasised in the application.

The application presents several delivery options: in-store collection or home delivery.

Monoprix’s dedication to ecology is also highlighted in the application thanks to the dematerialization of receipts into e-tickets, permitting not only simplified management of purchases but also the reduction of the carbon impact by minimizing the use of paper.

Through this application, Monoprix Tunisie continues its path towards the digitalization of its services, to the satisfaction of its customers.
