The Tunisian Human Rights Observatory revealed today that a young Tunisian (Mohamed Zahrouni) was apprehended in Libya following a reaction to a publication published on social networks.

Mohamed Zahrouni, originally from the city of Sfax, is the 6th Tunisian arrested during this month of Ramadan. On this occasion, the observatory called on the Libyan authorities to interfere to free this young Tunisian and the other Tunisian prisoners.

The Tunisian Human Rights Observatory recalled, in a press release issued today, that the number of Tunisians detained in Libya exceeds 200 people, several of whom have already surpassed the period of legal detention.
