Nabeul: Arrest Warrant Issued Against an Official

A well-informed source told Tunisie Numérique’s correspondent that the investigating judge of the second office of the Nabeul Court of First Instance issued an arrest warrant last night against the legal representative of the municipality.

Two other people remain free pending further proceedings.

This decision was based on Article 96 of the Penal Code in a case concerning the illegal granting of a permit for a private school in the region.
